Just rip yourself off to access new markets
I have always been impressed with people / companies that use negatives to their advantage. One of my favourites is Paulo Coelho who's publisher kept wondering how countries like Russia kept getting pirate copies of his books. It tooks years to find out that he was in fact giving them to different black market printers to get them out there.
Here is a great idea that a T-Shirt company used in South Africa.
