This is a great quote that Rodger Martin from Rotman School of Management in Toronto. I got it from David Armano in this video I have attached. There is something in the ideas here that David is talking about. I have been talking a lot lately about the changing of brand icons. I believe that the 70's version of a brand icon is being lost and the Alway Beta version of brand icons is growing. I will write more on this soon.
